Coffee and Tea.
I have always had a deep love for these morning drinks. Growing up with a Chilean mom and Grandparents, they were always introducing me to delicious new teas that they cherished. I would typically have a cup in the morning and a cup at night. Tea is a moment to connect with loved ones in Chilean tradition through Once. It’s basically tea time and includes snacks like sopaipillas- a delicious fried bread, palta – avocado and plenty of other yummy food.
As I grew older, I also developed a love for coffee. There is something very soothing about the taste of both beverages. My first jobs were in coffee shops and it only enriched my love for the coffee culture.
Going to school at Oregon State University in Corvallis Oregon, there is a deep culture for drinks. Lots of perfects Coffee Shops for a go-to spot. A great variety of environments and coffee flavors. Throughout this booklet I to take you on a journey as I take you through the history of coffee, what makes each shop unique, the process, and interviews.

The goal of Corvallis Coffee & Tea was to develop a magazine that brought together the worlds of both coffee and tea.
Many publications typically focus on tackling either the topic of just coffee or just tea, but many fail to tackle both in a manner that gives both beverages the spotlight. The magazine was created to be the perfect coffee table book for a Corvallis-based coffee and/or tea enthusiast.
This 40-page publication was printed on McCoy glossy paper and is a size of 8” x 10”. In addition to creating this publication, a promotional video was also filmed and can be viewed above.
