For this project, various lighting sources were utilized to capture “film stills” that appear to be cohesive, as if they were each grabbed from the same film.
The top image was captured at an ISO of 800, a shutter speed of 1/6, an aperture of f/3.5, and a focal length of 18mm. This image was taken using a backyard shed top light. The second image was shot at an ISO of 100, a shutter speed of 1/100, an aperture of f/4.0, and a focal length of 18mm. This image was taken using a window light as a back light. The third image was captured at an ISO of 800, a shutter speed of 1/6, aperture of f/4.5, and a focal length of 29mm. The light sources of this image include various street lights. The final image was captured at an ISO of 200, a shutter speed of 1/8, aperture of f/4.0, and a focal length of 27mm. The light sources of this image include a small LED top light and a lighter.
